Requirements
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership from discovery through launch and iteration. • A track record of shaping product strategy, managing complex roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. • Strong product discovery skills. You frame problems, test assumptions, conduct customer research, and separate signal from noise. • Strong product judgment. You make clear trade-offs when customer needs, technical constraints, data, and commercial priorities compete. • A data-driven approach to product decisions, including defining success metrics and using analytics to evaluate outcomes. • High AI fluency. You use AI as part of your day-to-day product operating system—not simply for content generation. • Strong AI orchestration capability. You break product work into workflows, delegate appropriate tasks to AI agents, define context and constraints, verify outputs, and combine machine speed with human judgment. • Experience using AI-assisted prototyping, rapid application development, or vibe-coding tools to test ideas faster. • The ability to evaluate agentic AI opportunities through customer value, feasibility, reliability, risk, and measurement. • Clear communication across Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM teams.
