Greenhouse - Senior Corporate Counsel

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership. • 6+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm practice and in-house experience at a high-growth tech, SaaS, or fast-moving company. • Strong corporate generalist foundation, with deep knowledge of corporate governance, securities law, and M&A transactions. • Experience advising on equity compensation programs and working with HR or Total Rewards teams. • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and the evolving AI regulatory landscape. • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic, practical, and solution-focused legal guidance to stakeholders across the company. • Confidence to operate independently and take ownership of complex matters. • Sound judgment in ambiguous situations, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to get up to speed quickly on new areas of law. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and comfortable managing multiple work-streams simultaneously. • Experience with AI tools like Glean, Claude, Gemini and AI GC. • Your own unique talents! Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases.
