• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a General Site Superintendent on large-scale civil infrastructure or building construction projects
• Between 60% and 70% of your professional experience gained within main contractor organizations
• Proven site leadership experience within the United Arab Emirates and/or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Technical Expertise
• Strong understanding of large-scale civil construction methodologies and site execution
• Experience managing major civil and structural construction packages, including reinforced concrete structures, structural steel works, complex building frameworks, and other large-scale structural construction activities.• Strong knowledge of site logistics, construction sequencing, workforce planning, and equipment management
• Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera and MS Project
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Practical, hands-on approach to construction management and field execution
• Excellent coordination, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities within demanding project environments
