• 1.) Localize and execute Plaud’s integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, paid media, and multiple sales channels across the France region. • 2.) Collaborate with Global IMC teams to translate strategic direction into actionable, market-specific campaign plans during key sales promotional periods and always on efforts. • 3.) Manage local creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery. • 4.) Coordinate cross-functional partners to maintain consistency in brand messaging, creative assets, and launch timelines. • 5.) Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future executions. • Skills, qualifications and experience we look for • 1. Bachelor's degree or above. Native-level French and fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational business environment. • 2. 2-5 years of experience leading region-wide or translating global marketing efforts within multiple marketing functions to execute cohesive, full-funnel campaigns at a regional level • 3. Demonstrated success in agency partnership across creative, media, or both • 4. Strong in communication and execution, with the ability to drive projects and business initiatives to completion. Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and business execution. • 5. Expertise in owning end-to-end campaigns that drive and demonstrate quantifiable business impact.
