• The Digital (DTC-Ecommerce) Team brings together a large and diverse group of planners, engineers, designers, data scientists, and digital marketing specialists. The team is responsible for distributing On’s products directly to our final customer, creating winning digital solutions and tailoring campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel.
• The Planning & Strategy team is a vital pillar within the Digital division, driving the strategic long-term vision and managing all business planning and forecasting for E-commerce sales. Additionally, we partner closely with regional and digital commercial leadership to monitor execution, evaluate performance, and identify key opportunities for growth.
