Requirements

• Strong experience in presentation design, layout design, editorial design, typography, and infographics • Mastery of PowerPoint, Slides, and InDesign (bonus points for consultancy or pharma presentation experience) • Comfort multitasking under tight deadlines with an eagerness to push creative boundaries • The environment • P10 is remote-first, always has been. Responsibilities

• Own design for new business pitches and client presentations end to end, from concept through execution • Collaborate across the agency, turning other people's insights into visuals that actually land • Lead creative direction on your assigned projects, keeping every slide clear and visually consistent • Shape dense, complex information into digestible, eye-catching design • What this role is not • This isn't a role where you're just formatting someone else's outline. You're expected to bring design judgment to the table, not just execute exactly what's handed to you. It's also not a generalist design role, presentations are the craft here, not a side task.
