• Lead the design and architecture of innovative financial technology. • Take ownership of the software development life cycle, ensuring the reliability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase for applications. • Implement robust security measures and best practices to safeguard financial transactions and user data in compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers, guiding them in the development of complex solutions and mentor team members on coding standards, software architecture, and best practice. • Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement remediation strategies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial and user information. • Conduct regular code reviews, implement best practices, and apply optimization techniques to enhance the overall efficiency and security of the systems. • Current or recent team is a mix of tech and finance veterans, with experience from some of the best companies in the world, including Coinbase, Airbnb, Medium, Rho, Lazard, and BlackRock. • We're an entrepreneurial bunch. A large percentage of the team has started their own company in the past. • React (optional) • 4+ years of experience in a professional software context. • Demonstrated ability to ship complex software to real users in production environments. • Experience at high performance startups. • Experience writing code that handles money at scale.
