Requirements

• Lead enterprise transformations: Partner with client executives to assess current-state architectures, uncover root challenges, and define future-state roadmaps that integrate technology, people, and prcoess. • Shape technical direction: Architect and guide the design of modern systems—cloud-native platforms, microservices, event-driven architectures, and automation frameworks—that enable agility and scale. • Translate ambiguity into clarity: Synthesize complex, unstructured information into actionable plans and communicate technical strategies to executive and engineering audiences alike. • Earn trust through credibility: Collaborate with architects and engineers to validate approaches, pressure-test ideas, and facilitate technical consensus • Influence and expand relationships: Build lasting client partnerships through advisory engagement, identifying opportunities for Liatrio to create additional value. • Guide and mentor teams: Coach Liatrio architects and engineering leaders to strengthen delivery excellence and elevate our overall technical community. • Represent Liatrio externally: Contribute to thought leadership through conference talks, blogs, and executive workshops, reinforcing Liatrio’s position as a trusted modernization partner. • You quickly establish credibility with both executives and engineers. • Clients see you as a strategic partner who can simplify complexity and drive alignment. • You regularly identify and influence opportunities to expand Liatrio’s footprint within key accounts. • You elevate our delivery quality and consistency by shaping repeatable patterns and frameworks. • A senior technology leader with 12+ years of experience spanning software engineering, architecture, and transformation leadership. • Fluent in ambiguity — able to build structure from chaos and translate between technical and business perspectives. • Experienced leading large, complex initiatives involving multiple work streams and 20–30+ engineers or technical leads. • Technically credible at the architecture and design level (200–300 depth); capable of white-boarding solutions, reviewing approaches, and earning respect from engineering teams. • Skilled at navigating executive-level relationships, handling difficult conversations, and influencing direction through trust and evidence. • A systems thinker who connects people, process, and technology — never solving in isolation. • Passionate about mentoring, learning, and helping others grow. • Application architecture or software engineering background or experience in infrastructure or data is valuable but must include a cross-domain perspective. • Strong familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD and DevOps, platform engineering, and testing and quality automation. • Previous consulting experience strongly preferred; experience in product engineering leadership (Director/VP/Head of Engineering) also relevant if adaptable to consulting environments. • Experience in regulated or complex industries (finance, healthcare, aerospace/defense) a plus.
