Requirements

• RD/RDN, Multiple state licensure a plus • 2+ years experience as a an RD/RDN • Working knowledge of nutritional approaches for GI conditions (IBS, IBD, SIBO) a plus • Bilingual (spanish speaking) a plus • Experience communicating with patients asynchronously preferred • Passion for working with clients to facilitate behavior change by helping them set health goals to effectively manage chronic disease. • Demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond normal responsibilities to provide the best care possible • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care centered around the core pillars of lifestyle change management (nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, behavioral change) and rooted in evidence-based counseling • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow registered dietitians, licensed nurses, LCSWs, medical assistants and gastroenterologists • Support patients with both synchronous and asynchronous care, utilizing the core tenets of motivational interviewing to enhance behavioral change • Adhere to clinical protocols and evidence-based practice guidelines • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
