• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive finance experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. • Advanced degree in science and/or business preferred. • Experience partnering with Commercial and/or Medical teams in a cross-functional environment. • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Strong partnering and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to conduct complex analyses to support key decisions. • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles. • Understanding of the drug development process from early research through product launch. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Adaptive Insights and/or SAP is an asset. • Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are an asset.
