Responsibilities

• OWN SUPPLIER SUCCESS & REVENUE RETENTION • Ensure suppliers see clear ROI through pipeline generation and contract wins • Own retention (GRR) and expansion (NRR), with revenue growth as the output. • BUILD AND MANAGE SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers on Civic Marketplace • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with founders, sales leaders, and GTM teams • Guide suppliers on how to position their offerings for public sector buyers • DRIVE SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE ON THE PLATFORM • Help suppliers improve their profiles, offerings, and responsiveness • Advise on best practices for RFQs, shortlists, and cooperative contract positioning • Proactively identify ways to increase supplier visibility and win rates • LEAD STRATEGIC REVIEWS & INSIGHTS • Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers to assess performance and growth opportunities • Provide data-driven insights on buyer behavior, demand trends, and procurement patterns • Align supplier strategies with Civic Marketplace’s evolving product and marketplace dynamics • PARTNER CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships teams to improve supplier experience • Feed supplier insights into product development (e.g., onboarding, search, RFQ flows) • Support go-to-market initiatives that drive supplier acquisition and engagement
