Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing resources to support sustainable, high-performing teams. • Experienced in setting and communicating team priorities that align with broader organizational objectives, ensuring strategic alignment in processes and decision-making. • Capable of defining technical direction and roadmaps to deliver high-quality features, enhance engineering productivity, and anticipate future requirements and infrastructure needs. • Adept at designing, guiding, and reviewing system architectures while contributing to product or system development to address complex and ambiguous challenges. • Exemplifies leadership qualities, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity while building, developing, and retaining diverse and high-performing teams.
