Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive growth in the EU market. • Develop strategies for increasing client engagement and satisfaction within enterprise sales environments. • Collaborate closely with other members of our account management team to ensure a cohesive approach towards clients' needs. • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding, anticipating, and proactively addressing the challenges faced by key accounts in their business operations. • Identify new sales opportunities within existing client bases or through targeted outreach efforts aimed at expanding our enterprise account portfolio. • Regularly review performance metrics to assess progress towards meeting established goals and objectives, providing insights for continuous improvement of the team's approach. • Attend industry events and conferences as part of a broader effort to stay informed about market trends and developments that may impact our enterprise accounts in Europe. • Maintain open lines of communication with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, partners, suppliers, and other relevant parties within the organization or industry network.
