Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in sales development, business development, account executive, or hybrid commercial roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies. • A strong track record of closing deals and building a pipeline with senior and executive-level buyers. • Proven experience selling into regulated or operationally complex industries such as financial services, fintech, legal, audit, compliance, risk, or similar enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of consultative sales, discovery, opportunity qualification, multi-stakeholder deal progression, and structured pipeline management. • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect product value to strategic customer priorities compellingly and credibly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in leading high-value business conversations. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, move quickly, and build processes where none yet exist. • Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, or similar systems. • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in early-stage startups or as part of a founding GTM team. • Familiarity with AI-driven products, workflow automation, enterprise infrastructure, or compliance technology. • Experience with RevOps, GTM systems design, sales enablement, or outbound playbook development. • Existing network or commercial experience within relevant regulated sectors.
Responsibilities
• Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from first touch through qualification, discovery, solution alignment, proposal development, negotiation, and signed contract. • Drive strategic outbound and opportunity creation within regulated industries, including banking, fintech, legal, audit, and broader compliance-sensitive environments. • Lead consultative conversations with senior and executive-level stakeholders to understand regulatory pain points, operating models, business priorities, and decision-making dynamics. • Deliver tailored product narratives and demonstrations that clearly map Myriad’s value to complex customer environments and multi-stakeholder buying committees. • Build trust with C-level decision-makers and guide opportunities through longer, more sophisticated enterprise sales cycles. • Partner closely with founders on pricing, proposals, legal terms, and broader opportunity strategy. • Help define and refine the company’s go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, qualification criteria, messaging, outbound frameworks, and sales process design. • Build systems and playbooks that can support future GTM hires as the team grows. • Maintain excellent opportunity hygiene, accurate CRM management, and disciplined pipeline visibility. • Act as a strong feedback channel into Product and Engineering by sharing patterns from the field, including objections, unmet needs, workflow complexity, and market opportunities.
