access - Marketing Associate
Responsibilities
• Design polished, on-brand marketing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, flyers, digital assets, signage, email graphics, and social media content. • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint to create new materials and update existing resources. • Help develop and maintain branded templates, marketing tools, and the company’s digital asset library. • Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in ActiveCampaign, while supporting audience management and performance reporting. • Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and campaign execution. • Coordinate marketing requests, project timelines, files, and documentation across multiple initiatives. • Proof and quality-check materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. • Organize marketing content across Canto, SharePoint, Canva, and other platforms so resources remain current and accessible. • Support internal communications, award submissions, PR opportunities, photography, event branding, and other Brand Marketing initiatives. • Identify ways to improve the organization and efficiency of marketing processes and systems.
