Tebra - Senior Business Intelligence Engineer
Requirements
• Education: BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, or analytics, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake. • Advanced Technical Skills: Expertise in BI/reporting software (Power BI, Tableau), strong SQL knowledge (T-SQL, PL/SQL), and experience with big data technologies. • Data Architecture & Modeling: In-depth understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Ability to design data flows and pipelines for complex BI systems. • Statistical & Analytical Knowledge: Proficient in data analysis, statistical techniques, and study design. Familiarity with control charts, significance testing, and experimental design. • Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead complex projects, collaborate effectively with business and technical teams, and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Problem Solving & Optimization: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize BI solutions for performance and efficiency. • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in industries with large-scale data infrastructure (Healthcare, Finance, Tech, etc.) is a plus. • Certifications: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI certifications are highly preferred. • (For Recruiter use only) #LI-SS1 #LI-Remote • (For Recruiter use only) • #LI-SS1 #LI-Remote • We are dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent with competitive and fair compensation.
