Medely - Manager, Business Intelligence
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field - with at least one year managing a direct report. • Advanced SQL is non-negotiable. You write clean, optimized queries and you understand the systems underneath them. • Strong proficiency in a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and a real understanding of what makes a dashboard useful vs. just pretty. • Python or another scripting language for data manipulation and workflow automation. • Experience structuring ambiguous problems and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfort with experimentation - designing tests, reading results, and explaining what they mean. • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and an appetite to apply them to real analytics problems. • A bias toward ownership. You don't wait to be told what matters - you figure it out and move. • What Will Set You Apart • Hands-on experience applying LLM-based or ML solutions to analytics workflows. • Interest in healthcare technology and the infrastructure that makes it work.
