Clera - Technical Product Engineer/Manager
Requirements
• At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2 or more years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products. • Hands-on technical experience, with React or full-stack web development experience; mobile-only development does not meet this requirement. • Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with ML engineers. • Experience owning product roadmaps, translating customer needs into software requirements, working across disciplines, and measuring product outcomes. • Customer-facing product discovery experience with pharma logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users. • Cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated product experience is an asset. • Experience with Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based application infrastructure is relevant to the product environment. • Existing authorization to work in the United States is required.
Responsibilities
• Own the roadmap for core product modules and a growing set of AI agents. • Define how agents present context and recommendations, act only on delegated tasks, and log actions for auditability. • Meet with customers in pharma logistics, quality, and supply chain operations to turn complex regulated workflows into simple product experiences. • Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to deliver AI features grounded in product data and knowledge layers. • Set and measure outcomes such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster product releases.
Benefits
• Base salary: $170,000 to $200,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. • Remote within the United States.
