Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or Epic integrations • Experience at a high-growth startup where you wore multiple hats • A track record of owning complex, high-stakes client relationships • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages, troubleshooting software, and debugging integrations • AI tools expertise (LLMs, automation) in your own workflows • A background in healthcare • High integrity: You do what you say you'll do. Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end client outcomes for a portfolio of strategic accounts • Lead AI deployment projects from kickoff through go-live, including technical configuration and integration work • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders from end users to executives • Drive product adoption through client education, workflow optimization, and proactive engagement • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within assigned accounts • Build systems and playbooks that scale the CSS function and Fathom • Build with AI tools to improve client experience and team efficiency • Continuously raise the bar on client experience — measure, iterate, improve
