• Build and maintain automated testing across the stack and wire it into CI/CD so we ship with confidence • Design ways to test non-deterministic systems: LLM outputs, agents, and AI features in clinical workflows • Find the edge cases, race conditions, and compliance gaps in billing and scheduling before customers do • Work with engineers while features are being built, not after • Set our testing philosophy and the tools the whole team uses • WHAT WE LOOK FOR • 4+ years of experience (ideally 7+) in software engineering or test automation • Sharp, fast problem solving and the curiosity to learn how behavioral health workflows really work • Deep ownership: you take it personally when something broken reaches a customer • Solid engineering fundamentals and an automation-first instinct • Interest or experience in evaluating AI systems • You want to work hard on problems that matter • Remote within the US • Base salary $170K to $275K plus equity, based on level of experience
