GHX - Software Engineer II - Java, Spring, AWS, CI/CD

• Minimum of 2–3 years of software development experience • BS in Computer Science, or similar work experience • 2+ years developing solutions with Java and J2EE technologies (Spring, Maven) • Working knowledge of cloud technologies. AWS experience with EC2, SNS, SQS, S3, or Lambda is nice to have. • Experience with databases. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL are nice to have. • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn emerging technologies • Understanding of design best practices, including performance and scalability • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment • Able to work independently on well-defined tasks and collaboratively as part of a team • Experience delivering moderate-complexity features • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Exposure to Liquibase or other database migration tools • Experience with feature flags or configuration services • Interest in healthcare, supply chain, or EDI/B2B document exchange • Delivers high-quality results on assigned tasks with attention to detail and commitment to excellence • Communicates technical concepts clearly to team members and immediate stakeholders • Collaborates effectively within the team and with other departments • Is developing an understanding of how individual work affects the broader system and team goals • Implements solutions that follow established patterns and contributes ideas for improvement • Is responsive to internal team needs and shows customer awareness • Adapts to changing conditions with flexibility and a positive attitude • Contributes to team success through reliable execution and willingness to learn • Applies Agile/LEAN principles to daily work and seeks to improve personal efficiency • Has a strong hunger to learn, grow, and continually hone their craft • Estimated Salary Range for this position: $191,000 to $121,000 • Estimated Salary Range for this position: • The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of GHX's salary range for this position.
