Requirements

Responsibilities
• Compliance Monitoring: Participate in the monitoring of the compliance program for each group team and in compliance actions (analysis of business constraints and risks, identification of measures to be taken, project monitoring, drafting of procedures, etc.). • Compliance Monitoring: • Data Subject Requests: Handle requests from customers and employees regarding their personal data (access, deletion, rectification, etc.) and contribute to the improvement and automation of the management procedure for these requests. • Data Subject Requests: • Data Mapping: Contribute to the mapping of processing operations and data flows between internal systems and the group’s technical service providers, and update the record of processing activities (ROPA). • Data Mapping: • Contract Negotiation: Participate in negotiating personal data clauses in contracts concluded by Ledger with its service providers, and in the periodic compliance review of these providers. • Contract Negotiation: • Litigation Support: Contribute to the monitoring of any ongoing litigation, the definition of strategy, and the management of relations with external counsel. • Litigation Support: • Legal Watch: • General Support: Respond more generally to all questions from teams regarding personal data. • General Support: • Depending on needs, you will also support all members of the legal department on a wide variety of subjects (trademark law, contract law, corporate law, etc.).
