Requirements
• Strong backend engineering experience in Python and Typescript/Node.js • Experience building internal tools or platform systems including CLIs, services, workflow automation, integrations • Comfort with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Tofu • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to completion • Solid understanding of API design and distributed systems fundamentals • Collaborative, service-oriented approach to partnering with engineering, support, and ops teams
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain internal platform tooling such as our Support UI. • Boost engineering productivity by delivering high-leverage solutions: CLI tools, workflow automations, CI/CD improvements, SDKs, and self-service admin tools. • Support customer onboarding and integrations, including identity/profile pipelines, environment automation, and troubleshooting third-party API or webhook issues. • Improve reliability, observability, and security in partnership with DevOps, Security, and engineering teams—covering infrastructure, microservices, and internal systems. • Contribute to DevOps operations including IaC updates, environment configuration, monitoring/logging, and occasional production incident support. • Collaborate cross-functionally on new integrations, platform patterns, internal APIs, vulnerability remediation, and documentation.
