Requirements

We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day. • 3-5 years experience in structured finance at a rating agency, investment bank, fintech lender, asset manager or other relevant financial institution • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field • Solid understanding of debt capital markets products and financing structures, particularly securitisation and warehouse facilities • Advanced Excel and proven experience in financial modelling and analysing large datasets • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a meticulous attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
