Requirements
• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in product management or tooling-focused roles, ideally working on post-booking, post-sale, or later-funnel workflows that bridge operations and product. • Skills: You’re a problem-solver who can untangle complex, manual processes and turn them into intuitive, scalable product experiences. You’re comfortable working closely with cross-functional partners (operations, contracting, support, RevOps) and using data to drive decisions around cycle times, productivity, and cost to serve. • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you’ve built or optimized internal tools or admin experiences before, or have exposure to AI-driven workflows (for example, using AI to interpret or compare documents and contracts). • Tech-Savvy: • Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the details of how work really gets done today, and collaborate with multiple teams to design solutions that improve efficiency, increase revenue capture, and deliver a better experience for both internal users and customers. • Mindset: • Applications for this role will be accepted through 6/13/26 or until the role is filled. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
