Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach, networking and referrals • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges and goals • Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets • Develop strong knowledge across Teya’s products and solutions (don’t worry — you’ll receive plenty of training) • Share insights from the field to help improve our products and customer experience • Represent Teya as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador within your territory • Build positive, long-term customer relationships that support growth and retention • This role is about more than just sales. It’s an opportunity to build confidence, develop commercial skills, and create meaningful relationships with customers. • We’re looking for people who bring: • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role • Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport • Effective time management and organisational skills • A proactive, self-driven mindset • Resilience and the ability to overcome objections • A strong willingness to learn and continuously develop • A collaborative, team-oriented approach • Fluency in English • A full UK driving licence • **This is a fully field-based sales role.***
