Requirements
• Must-have • 3+ years of UX/UI experience spanning both mobile apps and complex B2B/enterprise web tools • Proven track record in design systems—contributing to or owning libraries, tokens, and documentation • Figma expertise, including variables, prototyping, and structured developer handoff • Advanced: English and the ability to articulate design rationale in an async, remote environment • Nice-to-have • Experience in EV, energy, IoT, or sustainability domains • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (Claude, Midjourney) into the design workflow
Responsibilities
