Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or software development • Familiarity with manual and basic automated testing techniques • Experience using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail • Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or Maestro is a plus • Understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile development practices • Strong attention to detail with analytical and documentation skills • Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams • Ability to prioritize work and manage time in a fast-paced environment • Nice to have: experience with API testing or background in crypto/fintech sectors • Nice to have: experience supporting QA workflows in CI/CD environments
Responsibilities
• Execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for frontend and backend systems • Perform functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing across mobile and web platforms • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or TestRail • Run existing automated test scripts and analyze output for defects or inconsistencies • Collaborate with QA Engineers to identify areas for automation coverage expansion • Contribute to test data setup and validation of test environments • Validate bug fixes and assess regression impact before releases • Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and expected behaviors • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA reviews • Maintain up-to-date documentation of test results and report test coverage and defect trends
Benefits
• The starting pay range for this role is between USD$105,000 to $125,000 per year for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
