Requirements

Responsibilities
• GTM Support & Deal Desk: Triage and resolve day-to-day systems issues across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack — including deal process questions, user access, opportunity routing, approvals, and ad hoc troubleshooting. • Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring ticket patterns, determine root cause, and implement durable fixes. Actively explore automation and AI tools to eliminate manual effort and improve GTM team efficiency. • End-to-End Project Ownership: Independently manage small-to-medium GTM systems projects — gathering requirements, designing the solution, building, testing, documenting, and driving adoption. • Salesforce Administration: Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, formula fields, page layouts, permissions, and data imports. Own user provisioning and access management across GTM systems. • Data Quality & Governance: Implement SOPs and system controls to maintain Salesforce as a trusted source of truth. Own data hygiene execution, data dictionaries, and cleanup projects. • Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, release notes, and new hire onboarding content for GTM systems. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements, improve workflows, and ensure changes land consistently across teams.
