Requirements
• Extensive experience in channel management and direct new business sales in enterprise marketing SaaS and relationships with leading solution partners/digital agencies that deliver analytics and insights, UX and digital experiences • You have established relationships with key system integrators, digital agencies, and technology partners • You have an intrinsic drive to be successful, with a solid net new sales track record in exceeding assigned individual quota • You have experience closing deals using Solutions, Tech and Cloud Partners • You are competitive and understand how to communicate internally and externally to drive deals forward • You thrive in high-velocity sales environments • You are collaborative and have experience working closely with sales/marketing teams • Understanding of the digital and e-commerce ecosystem
Responsibilities
• ## Partnership Development & Strategy: • Identify and develop high-impact referral, solution, technology and cloud partnerships within the Northern Europe market. • Create a tiered partnership strategy, prioritizing partners that drive the highest volume and quality of sales pipeline and customer leads • Develop business cases for new partnerships, demonstrating how they align with Contentsquare's GTM strategy and sales revenue goals • ## Partner Acquisition & Enablement: • Prospect, pitch, and secure partnership agreements with leading Business & Solution Partners. • Structure co-marketing initiatives, joint sales motions, and integration opportunities that drive mutual revenue value • Lead partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring partners understand how to effectively refer customers and position Contentsquare to close deals • ## Revenue Growth & Performance Management: • Own the Partner pipeline, tracking partner-driven leads and owning end-to-end sales cycles to optimizing conversion rates with the Sales team • Establish KPIs and regularly report on partner contribution to net new revenue, conversion rates, and engagement metrics • Work with Marketing to launch partner campaigns, co-branded content, and joint webinars to increase lead and sales generation • Drive quarterly and annual partner-sourced revenue targets, with a clear focus on net new logo acquisition • ## Relationship Management & Expansion: • Build long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and expansion opportunities • Negotiate renewals, expansions, and revenue-sharing structures with partners • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partners in the North, acting as a trusted advisor in their growth strategy
