Requirements
• You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (8 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably of the North American market • You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment • You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy • You are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple • You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and implementation of compensation structures for employees within various departments in London. • Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary ranges while maintaining company budget constraints. • Develop comprehensive benefits packages that align with employee needs, industry standards, and legal requirements. • Analyze financial reports related to payroll expenses and forecast future compensation trends within the organization. • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their specific staffing needs for tailored salary structures. • Regularly review and adjust company policies regarding promotions, bonuses, commissions, and other forms of incentive pay based on performance metrics and business goals. • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations concerning compensation practices within the organization. • Communicate regularly with employees to address concerns related to their salary or benefits packages and provide transparent explanations for any changes made. • Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and company performance metrics that may impact employee compensation strategies. • Develop a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires regarding understanding of the organization's pay structure and benefit options available to them. • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive salary information shared during meetings or discussions about individual employees’ remuns.

So, if you’ve got a way with Human Resources in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you! • Reporting directly to our Head of People, this role will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution. • Manage our equity attributions • Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness, while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind • Regular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers, and handling relationships with them • Deploy & manage the annual increases’ process worldwide in the Pigment Application. • Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflows • Participate in global projects such as budget definition, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis. • Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
