Requirements
• A portfolio of shipped creative work that demonstrates strong taste, technical skill, and storytelling ability • Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools - you actively use generative AI for image, video, audio, or text production and can demonstrate real output • Experience working directly with enterprise clients or large brand teams in a consulting, solutions, or embedded capacity • Strong understanding of creative production pipelines - video, audio, motion graphics, dubbing, localization, or similar • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear creative opportunities for non-technical stakeholders • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one • Bonus • Bonus • Experience with ElevenLabs products specifically - Text to Speech, Dubbing, Studio, Image & Video, or Flows • A public presence as a creator or thought leader in AI-powered creative production • Experience at a creative agency or in-house creative lab at a technology company • Background in localization, dubbing, or multilingual content production • Technical ability to prototype integrations or workflows using APIs • Location • Location • This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
Responsibilities
• Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. • Embed with enterprise customers to understand their creative production pipelines and identify where ElevenLabs tools create the most value • Build and demonstrate AI-powered creative workflows - from voice and music generation to image, video, and dubbing - tailored to each customer's use cases • Create high-quality reference content and prototypes using ElevenLabs products that set the standard for what is possible • Consult with customer creative and production leads, translating technical capabilities into concrete creative and business opportunities • Design reusable workflow templates, guides, and best practices that accelerate customer adoption • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer needs, inform the roadmap, and close gaps between what customers need and what the platform delivers • Produce case studies and success stories that document customer outcomes and can be used across sales, marketing, and customer success • Educate and train customer teams on ElevenLabs tools, running workshops and hands-on sessions • Act as a creative evangelist for ElevenLabs externally - at events, in customer conversations, and through published work that demonstrates the creative potential of our platform

The gap between having access to the platform and getting real value from it in production is where this role lives. • We are looking for an AI Creative Director to work directly with enterprise customers, helping them deploy ElevenLabs' creative tools into their actual production workflows. This is a hands-on, forward-deployed role. You will sit at the intersection of creative expertise and product knowledge - understanding what our tools can do, showing customers how to use them, and building the workflows and templates that make adoption stick. • You will partner with customers' creative and production teams to understand their current pipelines, identify where AI-powered tools fit, and demonstrate what is possible through hands-on work. You will create reference content, prototype workflows, and produce case studies that show real results. You will also work closely with our product and engineering teams - bringing field insights back to shape the roadmap. • The right person for this role has deep creative production experience and genuine fluency with AI creative tools. You are not just advising customers on what to do - you are in the tools alongside them, building and showing what great looks like.
