• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience/degree. • 10+ years of experience in the data center industry with strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. • 15+ years of progressive experience in construction, capital projects, project controls, or program management. • Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital project delivery. • Practical experience across project controls disciplines, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, change management, governance, and reporting. • Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and stakeholders in complex capital delivery environments. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, governance materials, and program performance reporting. • Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues and drive resolution independently. • Experience in project and program delivery within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent computer skills. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract documents, plans, and specifications. • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other capital project management and reporting platforms. • Experience establishing or improving project controls frameworks, governance processes, and performance reporting mechanisms. • Experience supporting large-scale data center, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure programs. • Demonstrated ability to operate independently while influencing diverse stakeholder groups across multiple project functions. • Closing from Default - All locations • We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
