MasterClass - Communications Manager (TEMP)

• Own and operate the end-to-end cohort experience, driving engagement, accountability, and successful program completion • Design and manage scalable community systems (e.g., Slack, programming cadence, engagement loops) for large cohorts (500+) • Plan and run live programming (AI Labs, AMAs, events), including logistics, facilitation, and follow-through • Establish and maintain clear participant expectations, communication rhythms, and program structure from day one • Foster strong peer-to-peer dynamics by creating structure, elevating contributors, and enabling a self-sustaining community • Experience owning cohort-based programs, communities, or learning experiences end-to-end • Strong operator with the ability to build structured, repeatable systems that scale • Confident facilitator with experience engaging professional or senior audiences • Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and outcomes, not just participation • Clear communicator with strong judgment on when to step in vs. empower the group • 4-Month Assignment / Hourly Pay Range: $60-65
