• Build and lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers • Interface will design and supply chain leaders to improve Form's supplier quality management processes • Develop a culture of rapid response and long term corrective action within your team and with our vendors • Work with the NPI team to define and manage quality control and acceptance test procedures • Lead failure/root cause analysis efforts • Assist in the development of supplier quality documentation • Drive Zero Defect mentality within the supply base • Monitor and measure supplier performance related to quality nonconformance • Applications will be accepted until the job is filled. • Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
