FeverUp - Manager, Customs & Global Event Freight
Requirements
• Customs & trade expertise: Deep knowledge of international customs regulations, import/export compliance, HS codes, temporary importations (e.g., ATA Carnets), and duty optimization. • Customs & trade expertise: • Team leadership: 3+ years of experience direct managing logistics coordinators or operations teams across multiple regions and time zones. • Team leadership: • Strategic & financial analysis: Strong capability to analyze logistics trade-offs (e.g., shipping vs. local fabrication) and manage departmental budgets, vendor quotes, and KPIs. • Strategic & financial analysis: • Vendor negotiation: Proven track record negotiating high-value contracts and freight rates with global 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers. • Vendor negotiation: • Education & tools: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience; proficiency in TMS/ERP platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, and analytics tools. • Education & tools: • Communication & adaptability: Fluent English with excellent stakeholder management skills to explain complex trade/logistics issues to non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment. • Communication & adaptability:
