Requirements
• Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes, or significant experience working in a healthcare practice within specialties like plastic surgery or dermatology. • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach. • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals. • Professional demeanor in phone, virtual, and in-person meetings. • Excellent listening skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively. • Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to partner with peers, prospects, and clients. • Positive outlook, accountability for actions, adaptability to change, and solution focused. • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings. • Bachelor’s degree. • Experience working within a healthcare practice environment • ## Working Environment/Physical Demands • This is a remote role • Up to 40% travel, including air travel and long-distance driving within the assigned territory. • Ability to travel via commercial airlines and rental cars as needed. • Frequent walking and standing for long durations at trade shows and during interactions in the office.
