GitLab - Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

• 6+ years of program management experience, with a strong track record delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems • Experience influencing without authority, earning trust with senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across functions, including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product • Comfortable operating at both a strategic level and in the details, switching between executive communication and hands-on program execution as needed • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to ETA leadership and Executive audiences • Familiarity with Enterprise IT domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture (depth in one or more areas preferred) • Proficiency with program and project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar); PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with a bias toward async collaboration and clear documentation • The CIO Enterprise Technology & AI team is GitLab's central engine for improving the systems, data, and AI capabilities that support how we run the business.
