You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to turn complex diagnostic results and Hone clinical protocols into a clear, motivating plan for every patient. • Senior Product Manager, Health Tracking & Planning
Responsibilities
• Own the roadmap for the Health Tracking & Planning team - connecting labs, clinical screeners, lifestyle trends, and other diagnostic results with each patient’s long-term goals • Define and track KPIs tied to both engagement and clinical outcomes, with symptom improvement as a north star • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore, validate, and refine how patients interpret and act on their health data • Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to define, sequence, and ship improvements to how health data is surfaced and planned against • Partner with our AI team on personalization, recommendations, and AI-driven interpretation of patient health data • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong experience crafting data-rich consumer applications, turning complex information into clear, actionable next steps • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, clinical, and data teams • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Deep personal interest in health, longevity, and making sense of personal health data
