• Strong full stack engineering experience with architectural ownership building and operating production systems, not just integrating them. • Hands-on experience architecting supply chain systems and data-driven applications used by operators. • Strong architecture instincts; able to reason through complex system design problems and make sound technical trade-offs under real business constraints. • Strong backend engineering with AWS serverless architectures and excellent proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript. • React and Next.js experience, with a focus on usable, maintainable internal tooling. • Comfortable balancing deep individual contributor work with mentoring and supporting other engineers. • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, with a bias toward delivery in a fast-moving environment. • Competitive and meaningful compensation package for the right person.
