Requirements
• 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience across multiple disciplines, ideally in a tech startup or small team environment. • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation. • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot to track performance and report on results. • Strong writing skills with the ability to adjust tone for technical and general audiences. • Able to manage and follow through on multiple projects with competing deadlines using asynchronous tools. • Remote-first within the United States, with occasional travel for company on-sites, conferences, and customer events. • Expect to work core Pacific Time Zone business hours to collaborate with a distributed team across various time zones. • Defense industry, or demonstrated familiarity with defense culture, procurement processes, and the language of defense technology marketing. • Product marketing. • Case studies and testimonials. • Email marketing. • PR and media relations. • This role is fully remote and open to anyone based in the United States. You’ll travel to Redwood City, CA four times per year for company on-sites, and additional times per year for conferences or customer demos. All travel is covered by Compound Eye.
