Requirements
• Must be able to go into our NYC SoHo office at least three times a week. • At least five years of experience as a healthcare clinician such as MD, DO, PA, or NP is required. • Experience with Epic and understanding of clinical documentation workflows are necessary skills. • A passion for problem-solving in the context of improving clinicians' work lives is desired. • Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch needed. • Ability to build relationships across different organizational levels, including front-line staff and executives required. • Strong understanding of healthcare industry specifics like clinical workflows and regulations expected.
Responsibilities
• Provide education and training to new users on AI platform for improving documentation efficiency. • Build collateral and strategies supporting the adoption of our generative AI product by clinicians. • Manage relationships with external clinical champions, advisors, partners, clients, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals to collaborate on bringing products that connect conversations to actionable data into reality. • Surface feedback from experts regarding existing documentation strategies and work closely with product teams for a clear roadmap of our clinical AI solutions. • Provide recommendations based on user feedback, developing artifacts outlining how enhancements can expand the reach of products to improve experiences for users (clinicians). • Develop, monitor, track end-user utilization and measure success metrics that demonstrate long-term impact and value provided by our AI platform. • Evangelize product capabilities through creating sales collateral, conducting demos, engaging with prospective customers to showcase the benefits of using our generative AI for healthcare documentation.
