Requirements

To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end user journey for flights, transitioning from a solely post-booking focus to a seamless, holistic experience across shopping, booking, and servicing. • Aggressively expand sourcing capabilities and leverage AI-driven routing to unlock the most competitive global inventory, ensuring our customers secure the best value. • Partner closely with engineering, operations, design, data, and customer support to purposefully engineer a resilient architecture that delivers top-tier performance and full parity across all clients. • Strategically refine our marketplace controls and design dynamic new placements across the user journey to empower customers and actively guide traveler demand. • Ruthlessly optimize latency and implement standardized instrumentation to power end-to-end automation and intelligent marketplace features at scale. • Design and launch intuitive UX for complex scenarios—including airline-driven changes, fare rules, and partial cancellations—while seamlessly maintaining compliance with airline rules. • Define and track success metrics aligned with strategic pillars (e.g., pricing competitiveness, platform reliability, market share shifts, and customer satisfaction). • Stay ahead of airline policy changes, NDC expansion, and evolving customer expectations.
