• Prospect into target accounts in the US and UK via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate interest and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns aligned with target buyer personas.
• Conduct research on prospective customers and key stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging.
• Maintain a high volume of daily activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches, while meeting weekly KPIs for outreach and meetings set.
• Use discovery techniques to qualify prospects against criteria such as need, budget, timing, and authority.
• Manage all lead and prospect data within HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on prospect pain points, messaging effectiveness, and competitive trends.
