Requirements
• 3+ years in product management in B2B SaaS — required • Strong ASO/mobile marketing domain knowledge — required • Hands-on experience prototyping & shipping with AI tools — required • Mobile app or gaming industry experience — strong plus • Remote startup experience, European time zone • ## Tools (must-have) • AI: Claud Code/Codex/Cursor, MCP, AI agents • Analytics: Amplitude, Metabase, SQL • Design/specs: Figma, Jira/Confluence • ASO: AppFollow, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, other ASO tools • Builder mindset — ships, doesn't just spec • AI-native: uses LLMs/agents to prototype, automate, and accelerate iteration • Data-driven, strong analytical and reporting skills • Product discovery and experiment design • Comfortable going 0→1 and evolving existing modules • Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, or German (preferred)
Responsibilities
• Relaunch and evolve AppFollow's ASO product • Design and ship AI-agent and MCP-powered ASO workflows • Prototype features yourself with AI tools to compress the test → learn → release loop • Run product experiments and validate against real customer usage data • Own the ASO roadmap end-to-end: competitor analysis, discovery, specs, delivery, iteration • Partner with engineering to take prototypes to production-grade • Primary: Iteration velocity (prototypes & experiments shipped), ASO adoption & usage, ASO-attributed revenue (ARR: new & expansion) • Secondary: Customer outcomes (e.g. keyword ranking improvements delivered), feature quality & stability
