Requirements
• ────────────────────────────── • Strong experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work. • Excellent UI and interaction design skills, with experience across multi-device products and design systems. • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping methods. • Comfortable using research and data to guide design decisions and validate solutions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, and hardware disciplines. • Curiosity and drive to explore new tools and approaches for complex, real-world problems. • Experience in XR / AR / spatial design — desirable but not required. • Background in B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy products; familiarity with construction, BIM, or CAD tools. • Experience designing AI-powered product features (assistants, automation, ML-driven UX) or AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, v0, Claude).
Responsibilities
• ────────────────────────────── • Design end-to-end experiences across XR headset, web platform, and supporting mobile tools — leading complex features from discovery through to delivery. • Translate complex construction workflows into intuitive, effective tools; explore and define spatial (3D) interaction patterns. • Design dashboards, data visualisations, and collaboration features, contributing to and evolving a cross-platform design system. • Use research and testing to inform decisions and validate solutions in real-world environments. • Use AI tools across the design process — prototyping, research synthesis, ideation — and share effective practices with the team. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Hardware teams throughout delivery.
