• Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or other information-dense environments. • End-to-end thinking and ownership, from big-picture systems thinking to the smallest interaction detail. • Balance of speed and detail, knowing when to move fast and when to obsess over the last 1%. • Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and thinking in ways to create reusable patterns and components across each product. • Agency, ownership, and autonomy; someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. • Comfort working with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if you are not writing production-ready code. • A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft. • Have Integrity.
