nory - Senior Product Designer – Inventory

• We’re looking for exceptional builders with a proven track record designing B2B, operational, or workflow-heavy products - ideally at SaaS start-ups or scale-ups during a period of rapid growth. • Depth of experience: 5+ years of end-to-end product design - taking a 0→1 product out the door, then scaling it 1→10 alongside PMs and engineers. A portfolio that’s simple and outcome-focused: the problem, the solution, your role, the result. • Real ownership: You’ve been the go-to person driving important product work forward, like rallying a team around a specific problem, testing hypotheses with real customers (not just throwing things at a wall and A/B testing), shipping, and “systemising” solutions for the company. • Goal focus: You care about business and customer impact and drive toward measurable outcomes. When you present work, you can explain how it moved the customer’s P&L. • Conviction: You hold strong, customer-informed opinions and can reason from first principles - while staying genuinely open to feedback and evidence. • High agency: You don’t wait for perfect conditions. You’re resourceful and proactive in ambiguous situations, and it shows in how you talk about your own work: you say “I decided,” not just “we decided.” • Systems thinking: You understand complex domains deeply, then rise above the complexity to make something radically simpler, never putting unnecessary complexity on screen. • Collaboration: You work effectively across functions and simplify complex ideas.
