Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language. • At least three years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry. • Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience. • Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution across teams. • Identify and mitigate risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. • Support and amplify team success through creating schedules, setting goals, identifying milestones at individual project and team portfolio levels. • Maintain consistent sprint-level bookkeeping for operational efficiency. • Track and report progress of projects and goals in audience-appropriate ways. • Create, drive, and optimize processes related to planning, execution, and reporting within the business rhythm. • Ensure successful completion of longer-term strategic activities such as roadmap planning, resourcing, cost management by teams. • Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and impacts in operations or product development areas (if any mentioned). • Uphold a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability across the organization.
