Requirements

Responsibilities
• Program Accountability: Serve as the primary point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data center builds, overseeing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. • Program Accountability: • High-Stakes Facilitation: Lead and facilitate critical conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with technical leads and executives, ensuring alignment and resolution in high-pressure environments. • High-Stakes Facilitation: • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the central hub for communication between internal teams, external vendors, and global partners, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels. • Stakeholder Orchestration: • Program Visibility: Maintain the "source of truth" for program health by ensuring all schedules, dependencies, and risks are accurately reflected in program management tools. • Program Visibility: • Executive Communication: Distill high-density technical jargon and infrastructure updates into concise, executive-level summaries and dashboards for business leadership. • Executive Communication: • Ambiguity Navigation: Lead through uncertainty by establishing structure where it doesn't exist, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and driving cross-functional resolution. • Ambiguity Navigation:
